Our quality assurance process begins with the careful selection of our suppliers. We only work with suppliers who share our values and attitudes. We also strive for long-term business relationships and mutual trust.
With a written Code of Conduct, as it is known internationally, all contractors, suppliers, sub-suppliers and licensees are controllably obliged to comply with our requirements. Our suppliers are intensively sensitised to the problem of harmful substances. We oblige them to only supply or use materials or preliminary products that comply with the relevant legal requirements and the specifications of our RSL (Restricted Substances List). The monitoring of harmful substances includes both the systematic evaluation of our suppliers as well as detailed tests.
